Job Summary: We are seeking a highly capable HR Employee Services Lead to manage and enhance the delivery of our HR employee services. This role oversees a wide range of HR functions, including handling government relations, managing offboarding processes, and designing employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, committed to delivering a high-quality employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Support the HR Employee Services function, ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality support across various HR inquiries and administrative processes.
Manage government relations for the company, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and timely processing of all government-related requirements. Support in employee offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to internal policies and legal requirements. Help design, implement, and evaluate employee services programs and policies aimed at boosting employee engagement and overall satisfaction. Partner with HR colleagues to support performance management and talent development initiatives across departments. Analyze data from employee feedback and exit interviews to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
Ensure the accurate maintenance and confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and legal standards. Stay current with HR trends and best practices in service delivery to continuously optimize employee experience. Participate in organizational HR projects and initiatives that align with the overall HR strategy and business objectives. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR Employee Services, HR operations, or similar HR roles. Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and labor/employment laws.
Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and delivering high-quality employee support. Strong analytical abilities to evaluate employee feedback and drive service improvements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in HRIS systems and various HR tools and technologies. Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism. Strong leadership and collaborative mindset, capable of guiding and inspiring team members.
