Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master’s / CIPD Level 7 preferred)12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Director or Head of HR roleUAE real estate or construction sector experience is highly preferredExpert-level knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR policy development, and compliance frameworksStrong communication, coaching, and leadership presence at the executive levelProven track record in managing large teams, high-growth organizations, and complex restructuresFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)What We Offer:
