Job Description

Position ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Planning: Lead product discovery, market research, and competitor analysis to define product objectives and differentiation strategies for rewarded gaming experiences. Develop product strategy documents, including business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue potential, and monetization strategies. Analyze player behavior, market trends, and potential partnerships to inform product positioning and go-to-market plans. Product Development and Execution: Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and prioritized roadmaps for prototyping, development, and launch. Drive agile processes, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization, to meet project milestones and deliver scalable features.

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, specification, development, release, and iteration of features like onboarding, reward flows, and games integration. Develop and maintain production timelines to ensure timely delivery across departments. Data Analysis and Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics (e. g. , retention, engagement, monetization) to identify opportunities for improvement. Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize player experiences and drive business outcomes. Use data insights and player feedback to prioritize features and enhancements that align with user needs and company goals. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and partnership teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Communicate product plans, updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders to drive cross-functional success. Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive, rewarding, and fun user experiences. Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior product managers to enhance their performance and align with product goals. Qualification and ExperienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies is a plus.

5+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role, with proven success overseeing the product development lifecycle. Demonstrated success in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies and launching products in a competitive market. Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product launches in software or web development environments. Previous experience as a business analyst or product owner in a non-managerial role is preferred. Strong expertise in product management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence, Trello) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills to articulate product strategies and requirements.

Proficiency in analyzing market data and customer needs to inform product decisions. Understanding of technical requirements and software development processes to align with engineering teams. a Necessity, not a Luxury
