Our culture is built on integrity, compassion, and putting patients first.Regional Director of Operations (RDO) – Greater Boston , MA EPP is seeking a strategic, growth-focused RDO to oversee operations across our Boston-area practices. The ideal candidate is a natural trailblazer—skilled at driving change, building relationships, and leading teams to operational excellence. This role blends leadership, business acumen, and a passion for patient care.Key Responsibilities Drive practice success by optimizing patient flow, expenses, and treatment counts.Champion patient satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns.Review regional performance metrics and present insights to leadership.Collaborate with doctors and administrators on personnel, marketing, and goals.Lead, mentor, and develop Practice Administrators to ensure operational efficiency.Oversee AR, payroll, scheduling, claims, and compliance.Foster a positive, engaged practice culture aligned with EPP values.Travel 4 days/week within the Greater Boston area; 1 day dedicated to administrative duties.Qualifications5+ years multi-site dental management experience.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to analyze P&L and improve performance.Skilled in AR, claims, and office processes.Proficient with dental software and Microsoft Office.Must reside in the Greater Boston Metro area with ability to travel between 8-10 practices.Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare management preferred.Why Join EPP?As RDO, you’ll make a tangible impact on practice performance, mentor talented teams, and lead initiatives that shape the future of dental healthcare.
