This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, leadership development, and guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and hold accountability for General Managers and leadership teamsDrive profitability through disciplined P&L management, budgeting, and cost controlsEnsure elite standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand executionBuild and sustain strong training, development, and succession programsMaintain full compliance with food safety, alcohol service, HR, and regulatory standardsMaximize guest satisfaction and repeat business through operational excellenceIdentify and execute revenue-driving strategies and local market initiativesMaintain accurate financial reporting, cash controls, and inventory systemsServe as a visible culture leader aligned with company values and standardsQualificationsMinimum 5 years as a Area Manager in a $8M+ full-service upscale casual restaurantProven multi-unit leadership experience at the District or Regional levelStrong P&L and restaurant financial acumenServSafe and TIPS certifications requiredBachelor’s degree At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
