Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Lusaka Province, Zambia, for a Sales and Marketing Representative. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to promote company services. Additional duties include providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team membersStrong skills in Sales and Sales & Marketing to generate leads, close deals, and promote company servicesExperience in Training to guide and develop team members or customers as neededProactive attitude with a results-driven, goal-oriented mindsetStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in using relevant tools such as CRM systems and marketing platformsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in a sales or marketing role is highly advantageous
