Job DescriptionThe Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales teams across multiple properties within the NH/VT region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and sales expertise to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals. The candidate must be located within the Central to Eastern part of NH or Northern Boston area.Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize revenue and market share.Establish clear sales goals and strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned region.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key accounts and market segments.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Revenue Management:Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and challenges.Implement effective sales and marketing initiatives to drive demand and occupancy.Financial Performance:Monitor and control sales expenses to ensure budgetary compliance.Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance and measure success.Drive revenue growth and profitability for the assigned region.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
