Regional FP&A Senior Analyst - Global Manufacturing

Role Summary:Our client is looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and performance management across key markets in the region. This role plays a critical part in delivering insights to drive business decisions and improve financial outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and planning processesAnalyse financial performance, track variances, and provide actionable insightsPartner with country finance and business teams to support strategic initiativesPrepare monthly reports, dashboards, and management presentationsEnhance reporting accuracy and efficiency through process improvementsSupport ad hoc analysis, investment cases, and regional projectsRequirements:Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred5+ years’ experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally in a regional roleStrong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with SAP, Hyperion, or BI tools a plusExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical, detail-oriented, and able to work across markets and functions
