Regional General Manager

A fast-growing travel and mobility company is hiring a Regional General Manager to lead its APAC + ANZ operations.ResponsibilitiesDrive regional performance across gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales (COS).Lead strategic planning and execution aligned with global growth goals.Oversee revenue operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.Build and lead a high-performing regional team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.5–10 years of experience with regional P&L ownership.Proven leadership in travel, mobility, e-commerce, or logistics.Strong analytical, strategic, and team management skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in reporting tools is a plus.Flexible and willing to work extended hours within the APAC time zone, with availability for cross-time zone collaboration with HQ in Portugal.Amenable to work onsite in Makati City from Mondays to Thursday and remote on Fridays.
