This role will be based in Egypt and will report directly to the Group CFO.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead all budgeting, forecasting, and both short- and long-range planning processes at a regional levelPrepare consolidated financial packs and dashboards for senior leadership with clear, actionable insightsBuild robust financial models and conduct variance analysis to support growth and investment decisionsMonitor KPIs and performance trends, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive improvementsEnsure financial accuracy, process integrity, and compliance across all reporting activitiesCreate and oversee ad hoc reports and analysis for executive stakeholdersPresent performance updates using high-quality Excel dashboards and PowerPoint presentations🔹 What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification preferredMinimum 15 years of finance experience, including 5+ in FP&A in the healthcare or FMCG sectorExperience managing regional consolidation and variance analysisStrong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modellingProficiency in tools such as SAP, Power BI, or similarExcellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior managementStrong communication skills and proficiency in English (oral and written)Strong collaboration and interaction skills, with experience working in a multicultural environment
