We are committed to driving the energy transition with innovative battery solutions for electric mobility and renewable energy applications.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to drive large-scale customer development and sales growth in the power battery and energy storage sectors. This role will focus on expanding strategic partnerships across multiple industries, including but not limited to energy storage projects, power stations, universities, government entities, heavy-duty trucks, and automotive OEMs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies for power batteries and energy storage solutions, targeting key accounts across diverse sectors.Identify, approach, and establish long-term relationships with strategic customers, including energy companies, industrial partners, universities, government organizations, and commercial fleets.Drive end-to-end sales processes, including project acquisition, contract negotiation, bidding support, and closing deals.Monitor and analyze customer needs, market trends, and industry policies to provide tailored solutions and ensure competitiveness.Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, technical, project delivery, and after-sales service) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.Manage and expand existing accounts by maintaining regular communication, delivering value-added services, and identifying new opportunities.Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen industry networks.Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to the company’s market expansion strategy.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or business development within the new energy, battery, or energy storage industry.Proven track record in large account acquisition and project-based sales.Strong knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, energy storage systems, and renewable energy solutions is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-driven mindset.Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, project follow-ups, and industry events.Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Chinese or local language are a plus.
