Our cutting-edge platform empowers companies to manage their SaaS stack with efficiency and control.As we expand globally, we’re looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Indonesia, with a focus on engaging and qualifying leads in the United States market.Role OverviewAs an SDR focused on the US market, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting and lead qualification to support our growth in the US. Working closely with our US-based Account Executives, you’ll book high-quality meetings and play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting: Identify and engage US-based prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.Inbound Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads from the US to ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives.Account Research & Targeting: Conduct deep research on target accounts (typically 200–1,000 employees) to identify key decision-makers.Multi-Channel Outreach: Use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Smartlead to build and manage prospect lists.Collaborate with AEs: Partner with US-based Account Executives to align on outreach strategy, messaging, and follow-up.Track & Optimize: Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach metrics, and continuously refine prospecting tactics to improve conversions.Time Flexibility: Work hours will align partially with US time zones to ensure effective communication and engagement.What We’re Looking For5+ years of SDR or sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech company.Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead qualification, particularly for US or Western markets.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Smartlead.Strong objection-handling, consultative outreach, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a deep passion for sales and growth.Comfortable working across time zones, especially aligning with US working hours where necessary.
