Regional Manager - MENA Region

GBSB Global Business School is looking for a highly motivated Regional Manager (MENA) to strengthen our presence across the region and build strong, long-term partnerships with educational agencies. This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of international education, enjoys relationship-building, and thrives in a results-driven environment.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the network of educational agencies across the MENA region.Lead pro-active sales activities to increase student recruitment.Prepare and execute the annual plan of trips, events, and promotional activities.Represent GBSB Global at fairs, exhibitions, and student recruitment events.Handle prospective student inquiries and guide them through the admissions process.Organize roadshows and follow up with all potential leads.Work with CRM systems, maintain student databases, and ensure data accuracy.Support prospective students throughout the full admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrolment.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing and promotional efforts.Candidate ProfileBased in the MENA region.Excellent command of English (C1 level minimum) as all communication is conducted in English.Minimum 2 years’ experience in education management, agency recruitment, or student admissions.Experience working with European higher education institutions is a strong advantage.Strong negotiation and presentation skills; confident in public speaking.Well-organized, self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working independently.Willingness to travel for business when required.A personal network or database of agencies in the region is an added advantage.What We OfferFully remote position with an international team.Competitive compensation package (fixed + variable).Opportunity to represent a globally recognized business school.
