This includes setting the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly direction, ensuring development of the team members, clear direction and follow though / oversight on activities, monitoring and tracking of the team and overall ownership of the merchandisers execution in Trade to ensure it fully supports the pull through requirements for the Region.Our desired candidate:A well-presented, highly personable and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment.
