This role requires a strong relationship with the Monster Energy Company (MEC), ensuring alignment against brand and commercial objectives. As a key brand custodian, the Brand Manager Energy translates consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence into compelling brand strategies and activation plans. The role partners closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and MEC to deliver brand KPIs including sales, availability, visibility, and brand health.Our desired candidate:A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment.
