Job Description

To design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning programs that build capability across both traditional banking operations and emerging digital channels. This role supports the bank’s transformation by equipping employees with future-ready skills and reports to the Head of Talent, Learning & Development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and deliver training programs across core banking, customer service, compliance, and digital platforms (e.g., mobile banking, digital wallets).Facilitate onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives aligned with business strategy.Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify learning needs and tailor solutions.Leverage blended learning methods (e-learning, workshops, coaching) to maximize engagement and retention.Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data.Support change management efforts through targeted learning interventions during digital rollouts.ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field; certifications in instructional design or adult learning are a plus.5+ years in L&D roles, preferably in banking or financial services.Experience delivering training in both traditional and digital banking environments.Strong facilitation skills and cultural awareness, especially in Pacific or emerging market contexts.Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.INTERESTED APPLICANTSEmail your expression of interest in a single PDF file to Recruitment@kinabank.com.pgState your subject as “Application – Learning & Development Advisor / Trainer – Digital & Traditional Banking”Attach your updated CV, including copies of your educational qualifications & contact details of two reliable RefereesApplication closes at 5pm on the 28th November 2025.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted
