DescriptionPay DOE $65k-75K Plus BenefitsPosition SummaryThe Regional Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting sales leadership by driving operational efficiency and ensuring smooth project progression through the pipeline. This role serves as a strategic partner to both operations and sales leaders,facilitatingweekly regional meetings, producing pipeline reviews and analysis, and resolving project-related inquiries with speed and precision.Key responsibilities include diagnosing operational challenges, implementing effective solutions, and coordinating process improvements across departments. Areas of focus may include project scope, financing, documentation, permitting, inspections, and other key milestones. Thecoordinatormustpossessa deep understanding of Freedom’s sales and installation processes and be adept atidentifyingandeliminatingbarriers that could delay project timelines.Success in this role requires a solutions-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and exceptional attention to detail. The Regional Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Operations and is expected to foster collaboration across teams to ensure projectsremainon track andalignwith company goals.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Triage complex projects, create practical solutions,initiateproperaction,and follow through toensure project progressionHelpidentifytrends within the installation process that negativelyimpactproject realization and velocity and present findings to operations and sales teamsProactively communicate pertinent project updates withOperations Leaders and Sales.Participate indailymeetings, discussions and other activities asrequiredtosupport theteam and improve the quality of the operationReview Scope of Work for residential solar projects Collect project documents, resolve tickets, and call sales representatives asrequiredto ensure project progression  Buildrapportwith assigned sales managers, salesadministratorsand sales representatives to improve realization rates  Comprehend complicated design requirements and understand necessary equipment changes based on those requirements  Demonstrate basic to advanced understanding of Aurora design platform toinitiatedesign changes Learn to answer and action a variety of process and project-specific questions Become familiar with project requirements based on region, utilities, AHJ’s, and finance partners Become proficient in LIGHTSPEED, Freedom’s custom-built CRM  Lead regionalteam meetings, discussions and other activities asrequiredto support the team and improve the quality of the operation Answer inbound calls from sales representatives, providing support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Perform other assigned dutiesQualification RequirementsEducation & Certifications:High School Graduate,GEDor equivalentExperience3+ years of solar sales support experiencerequired3+ years of customer service experiencerequiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility toworka rotating schedule- including early mornings and late evenings.Must be able tooperatea computer and other communications equipment (i.e.phone, instant messaging, video conferencing, email, etc.)Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional and effective manner, both verbally and writtenDevelop andmaintaincooperative, effective working relationships with othersBasic clerical and typing skills.Ability to actively listen andcomprehendcallers' requests andassistwith any questionsMust be able to communicate clearly and in a positive demeanor on the phoneAbility to multitaskComputer literate and typing skills of at least 35 words per minuteExcellent communication, customer service, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, including the ability tomaintaincomposure under stress in a high-level environmentSpecial Skills & TrainingMaintain tact and professionalism when dealing with difficult/irate people and those in stressful situationsAbility to work with frequent interruptionsDemonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlinesMust be highly organized and able to multitask on several projects at a timeStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsPhysical Demands And AbilitiesRegularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computersRegularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlesslyRegularly spend longhours inintense concentration reviewing and entering financial information into a computerRegularly usehands and fingers to handle,controlor feel objectsRegularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet awayRegularly speak clearly so listeners can understandRegularly understand the speech of another personFrequently work on projects that require deadlinesFrequently bend to file andmaintainfilesOccasionally lift 5-10 poundsFreedom Foreveris an equal opportunity employer.
