Regional Recruitment Officer

As the Regional Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible in managing end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and selection, on-boarding and engagement.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in talent acquisition and must possess an excellent communication skills. You must also be strategic, dynamic and must have strong business partnering skills.Educational RequirementsCandidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or in any related behavioral science course.Experience RequirementsQualified candidates must have 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management.Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with all levels of the organization.Work LocationSM City Baguio
