At TVU, we celebrate creativity, agility, and innovation — encouraging bold ideas and empowering people who reimagine what’s next.Position OverviewTVU Networks is seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager – Africa to lead the promotion and adoption of our cloud and SaaS solutions across Africa. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving recurring revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and expansion.This is a remote position, ideally based in Africa, with regular travel across key markets and to regional media and technology hubs as needed. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and Educate: Demonstrate how TVU’s cloud and SaaS solutions revolutionize live content creation and distribution. Inspire broadcasters, sports producers, and digital media innovators to adopt agile workflows.Drive Market Adoption: Lead growth initiatives across Africa, positioning TVU as the preferred partner for next-generation live media production.Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with broadcasters, digital publishers, system integrators, and production companies. Nurture a healthy sales pipeline and expand recurring SaaS revenue.Understand the Market: Monitor industry trends and evolving audience behaviors. Share market intelligence and customer insights with internal teams to support product and business strategy.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Solutions and Product teams to provide customer feedback that shapes new innovations.Showcase Technology: Deliver compelling demos and presentations that clearly communicate TVU’s value proposition, technology advantages, and ROI.Manage the Sales Cycle: From lead generation to deal closure, oversee the entire sales process with discipline, professionalism, and accountability.Who You AreExperience: Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably with cloud, SaaS, or media technology solutions. Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a strong plus.Skills: Solid understanding of CRM tools, pipeline management, and consultative sales methodologies. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.Mindset: Passionate about the future of media and live content. Curious, creative, and analytical, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving adoption.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders — from engineers and producers to executives.Languages:Fluent in English (required)Fluent or advanced in French (highly preferred)Portuguese or Arabic proficiency is a plus.
