Job Description

• Track product sales and collection against annual budget on a regular basis to regulate sales performance and take countermeasures • Ensure timely Collection and payment realization as well as identification of discrepancies and gaps in sales and collection figures• Maintain existing dealer distribution network and contribute to developing more customer base • Ensure Timely claim settlement, account reconciliation and service standards • Handle customer concerns so that customer attrition is controlled and monitored • Ensure that sales, collection, C- forms, competitor activity, and account reconciliation are carried out in accordance with the aim on a regular basis. • Identified gaps in monthly MIS Report - Budget Vs Actual in accordance with the market • Benchmark of company products, prices, services and market share vs. the competitor elements • Collect sales reports from their subordinate and check their performance on a regular basis • Supervise the work carried out by subordinates and help in better guidance for achieving their targets•Increase AIS presence in the market by conducting meets and knowledge sharing, dissemination of information to their team and target market customers
