ResponsibilitiesCapturing market opportunities in designated regionAcquisitions of new customersManagement of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales supportIncrease revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIsDevelopment and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the companySupport marketing activities and market communicationsBuilding and demonstrating understanding of the market and industryFrequent business travel to visit existing and potential customersQualificationsBachelor degree or above, logistics management, international trade related major is preferred; Master would be an advantage2-years+ of large and medium-sized international trade, experience in PV inverters, solar modules, solar cells, and related industries are preferred.Good understanding of the local PV marketProven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomouslyStrong negotiation, communication and organization skillsStrong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skillsHigh reliability and ability to work under pressureEnthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
