If these resonate with you, we’d love to hear from you.ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Sales Director ANZ, the Regional Sales Manager – QLD role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the commercial and channel strategy to achieve wholesale and retail sales targets for the State, on behalf of the Prestige Brands ANZ.The role is responsible for account management of all key channels in QLD, including Department Store, Beauty/Retail Specialists and Independents to ensure profitable, sustainable retail and wholesale sales growth and business development for Prestige Brands Australia Pty Ltd.This role also will mentor, coach and develop the Department Store sales team to execute best-in-class customer experience and effectively represent the company brand portfolio in all aspects of daily sales operations.This is a full-time role, based in QLD.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:Effectively manage all key accounts across all channels in the State to deliver wholesale and retail sales targets, customer experience and ensure sales growth is consistently achieved.Manage seasonal and annual retail sales activities in Department Stores by setting clear objectives to achieve brand rankings and market share objectives by store. Execute key brand objectives & retail targets by retailer, with focus on growing retail excellence doors in the territory.Ensure rosters are prepared and submitted according to the Department Store cycles (fortnightly) and optimize talent investment / ROI.Develop, maintain, and nurture long-lasting partnerships with key stores, by maintaining a regular call cycle, regular visits and spot checks.Pro-actively prospect new business in the Independents channel.Negotiates additional promotional and eventing floor space to maximise brand awareness, competitive advantage and retail sales potentialisation.Recruit, develop and retain high performing BA team, optimizing productivity, customer experience and return on salaries investment.Execute approved corporate pop-up event strategies or in-centre events.Completes weekly & monthly sales reporting and data analysis requirements. ABOUT YOU4-6 years Sales Manager experience (preferably Beauty Industry).University degree desirable.Knowledge of wholesale & retail customer segments within the Beauty Industry.Multi-site retail & team management experience.Demonstrated proficiency in delivering excellent customer service.Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to manage, motivate, and coach teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
