We’re growing, and looking for an Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to help drive growth in targeted markets across the U.S.About The PositionThe Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be a territory owner responsible for driving submission growth and deepening agency engagement. This role consolidates the responsibilities of both Agency Sales Managers (ASMs) and Agency Development Managers (ADMs), creating a unified approach to activating, managing, and scaling agency partnerships.Each RSM is empowered to run their territory like a business. The goals are simple: grow submissions and keep engagement high. How that happens is up to you. This is a high-trust, high-accountability role that rewards creativity, hustle, and results.Key Responsibilities:Drive Production: Build and execute strategies to grow submission volume across new and established agencies. Own Agency Relationships: Lead onboarding, activation, and long-term growth. Serve as the main point of contact. Strategic Check-Ins: Run structured performance conversations using Rainbow tools (Hex, HubSpot, Admin). Field Leadership: Represent Rainbow at industry events, agency offices, and roadshows within your territory. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with underwriting, operations, and marketing to advance deals and support partners. Culture & Mindset: This is a builder role. RSMs are trusted leaders who set the tone for their markets. They are proactive, creative, data-driven, and passionate about helping independent agents win more deals with Rainbow.
