ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).About the role:This position is under the Anta Southeast Asia International Business Unit and is responsible for supporting the strategic development and business expansion of multiple brands across Southeast Asian markets.Responsibilities:Conduct specialized market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments across multiple Southeast Asian markets, and deliver key insights to empower business growth for various brands;Carry out strategic analysis, business plan reviews, and performance evaluations for all brands under the Anta Southeast Asia International Business Unit (including but not limited to Anta, Fila, Descente, Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, etc.); regularly provide insights and perspectives for strategy meetings, business review meetings, and monthly operation meetings;Collaborate across teams to drive the implementation of key group strategic projects in the Southeast Asia region, monitor project progress, and provide risk alerts;Deliver high-quality strategic research tasks assigned by management and support regional business decision-making.Requirements:MBA degree or above; experience in international consulting firms or strategic roles in large enterprises preferred; experience in footwear/apparel industry research and overseas study/work background is a plus;Solid experience and structured methodologies in industry research, competitor studies, and benchmarking analysis;Strong logical thinking, communication, and written presentation skills; Excellent cross-functional collaboration and execution capability, able to work effectively in a complex multi-brand, multi-country environment.High proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages, to liaise with colleagues in China HQ and SEA countries;Passion for sports is a must.
