All JobsRegional Tendering EngineerNasr City, EgyptApply Now!As a ٌRegional Tendering Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the complete tendering and bidding process for our projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions that align with client requirements and ProService standards.Your role will include studying and analyzing tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual conditions, while preparing precise cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and technical proposals. You will coordinate closely with multiple departments procurement, operations, HR, and finance to gather accurate pricing and manpower data, while also conducting market research to ensure competitiveness in Egypt, KSA and Qatar.In addition, you will take the lead in preparing clarifications, attending pre-bid meetings, supporting negotiations, and addressing client queries throughout the tendering process.Beyond tender preparation, you will play a key role in developing tender strategies, maintaining a database of suppliers and subcontractors, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and success rates. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and communication skills to build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders across both Egypt and the Gulf markets.Tendering & EstimationTechnical & Commercial AnalysisProject Costing & BOQ PreparationNegotiation & Client CommunicationTeam Collaboration & ReportingResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and submission of tenders for Egypt, KSA & Qatar markets.Analyze project requirements, technical specs, and client needs.Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals.Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams.Support management in negotiations and bid clarifications.Must HaveBachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).Minimum 7 years’ experience in tendering/estimation, with focus on FM.Perfect written EnglishStrong knowledge of KSA & Qatar market requirements.Proficiency in MS Office.Nice to havePrevious experience with international FM companies.Knowledge of local tendering laws and procedures in KSA & Qatar.Experience in multi-disciplinary projects.Apply Now!
