As the Regional Trainer, you will be the driving force behind people development in the region. You’ll deliver engaging and impactful training sessions that empower retail teams to bring the brand’s vision and values to life.This role combines fashion passion with people coaching, perfect for a confident communicator who thrives on motivating others and shaping exceptional client experiences.You’ll work closely with boutique leaders, regional trainers, and global training teams, ensuring that every learning touchpoint reflects the brand’s high standards and distinctive style.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching for store teams and regional trainers across the GCC.Deliver engaging sessions in Arabic and English, promoting storytelling, product knowledge, and service excellence.Partner with boutique and regional leaders to develop high-performing, client-centric teams.Localize and enhance global training programs to align with regional culture and business priorities.Track and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring consistent follow-up and measurable growth.Support onboarding, leadership development, and career progression initiatives.Manage the regional training budget and ensure alignment with HQ strategies.Act as a brand ambassador, embodying its spirit, creativity, and authenticity.Ideal Candidate ProfileFluent in Arabic and English – both written and spoken.A natural trainer, coach, or presenter with strong communication and people skills.Experience in training, learning & development, coaching, or retail leadership (luxury experience is a plus but not essential).A passion for fashion, style, and culture and the confidence to share that passion with others.Energetic, curious, and self-motivated, with a hands-on approach.Flexible and excited about frequent travel across the GCC.
