Key Responsibilities:Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identify and research potential sponsors across relevant industries.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.Sales & Negotiation:Pitch sponsorship opportunities to decision-makers via calls, meetings, and presentations.Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.Relationship Management:Develop long-term relationships with sponsors to ensure repeat business.Act as the main point of contact for sponsors before, during, and after events.Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Provide feedback to the marketing and event teams on sponsor needs.Collaboration:Work closely with event organizers, marketing, and operations teams to deliver sponsor commitments.Ensure all sponsorship deliverables are executed to the highest standard.
