Job Overview This role is responsible for driving sales development across multiple countries within the MEA region, managing distributor networks, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets. It involves hands-on support in sales negotiations, market analysis, distributor training, and ensuring compliance with import regulations and product registrations.Job ResponsibilitiesSales development per country, reporting to the RSD MEAManaging a portfolio of distributors in order to maximize sales revenues and meet or exceed regional goals.Support sales directly, negotiation etc Create offers and ensure that the company’s specifications are carefully written in tendersDriving & supporting the distribution network.Set and implement activities and revenue targets for each country and monitor performance.Market assessment Strategy adaptation and implementation in line with corporate strategyCompetitiveness evaluationsResearch import regulations and advise on the best methods to import the products into each country.Manage payments/receivables in assigned territories Driving and managing the education of distributors about product portfolio and strategiesIdentify and address problems and issues Support product registration in assigned territoriesParticipate in exhibitions and conferences to generate business leadsForecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals. And follow up action plan to reach goals.Conducting sales reviews and monthly reports on sales performance Financial reporting of sales developmentAction and activities follow-upQualifications Fluency in English, Arabic, and French5years’ experience from a similar role in the sales of capital equipment and consumables in the Medical Devices Industry University degreeDirect sales experienceDistributor management experienceStrong understanding of financial performanceRegional knowledge of MEA with a focus on Africa
