Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established environmental solutions company in the UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive – Waste Management, responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales for waste management services across the UAE. The role requires strong business development capability, market awareness, and the ability to close commercial contracts in a competitive environment.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales ExecutionConduct cold calls, client visits, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.Achieve sales targets for recyclables and waste management contracts.Client & Market ManagementAct as an ambassador of the company, maintaining strong client relationships.Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer requirements.Internal Coordination & ReportingCollaborate with internal service/support teams to deliver contract requirements.Prepare monthly sales reports and recommend optimization opportunities.Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures and internal policies.Prepare sales proposals and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.Understand customer needs and define the right sales strategy.Requirements:Qualifications & Experience3+ years of experience in waste management services in the UAE/Middle East (preferred).Any bachelor’s degree.Technical SkillsStrong background in commercial sales, BD, and key account management.Knowledge of the waste management industry and market dynamics.CRM proficiency + valid UAE driving licenseCore CompetenciesInterpersonal savvyStrategic agilityResults-drivenCollaborative mindset
