In this role, you’ll engage with prospective clients, qualify leads, and support our property consultants in closing high-value deals.This position is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, confident on the phone, and eager to build a long-term career in Dubai’s booming property market.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to new and existing leads to promote One Investments’ property portfolio and investment opportunities.Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.Maintain consistent communication with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.Update CRM records accurately to track interactions, lead progress, and conversions.Support sales consultants with coordinating viewings, client meetings, and documentation.Optimize property listings across portals and ensure all data is up to date.Prepare daily call reports and performance summaries for management.Contribute ideas to improve lead conversion and enhance the client experience.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 1 year of telesales experience in real estate (mandatory).Excellent communication and sales skills; confident, articulate, and persuasive.Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian are a plus.Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital communication tools.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow in real estate.
