Trainer - Real Estate

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Trainer to join our team.About the Role:The Real Estate Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our training programs to ensure that our agents have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver training programs for new and existing real estate agents to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their rolesDevelop training materials, resources, and tools to support the training programsConduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop targeted training solutionsPartner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training programs on topics such as negotiation skills, market trends, and customer serviceManage the training budget and track training program effectiveness and ROIMonitor and evaluate training program outcomes and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metricsStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and developmentCollaborate with other departments, such as HR and Sales, to align training initiatives with the overall company objectivesCoach and mentor new trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training deliveryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the real estate or property management industryStrong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methodsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProven experience in developing and implementing training programs from scratchAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skillsProficiency in using learning management systems and training softwareAbility to travel as needed to deliver training programs at different office locationsBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunities for career growth and development within the organizationDynamic and collaborative work environmentContribution to the success of a leading real estate brokerage firm in Dubai
