Regional VP of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout the Orlando region for a reputable owner/operator. The ideal candidate will be a strong, strategic leader with deep operational expertise, financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive performance across diverse asset types.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and operational oversight for a regional portfolio of multifamily communities (conventional housing)Lead and mentor regional and on-site teams to achieve occupancy, financial, and customer service goalsOversee operating budgets, financial reporting, and capital planningEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal affordable housing regulationsCollaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and drive portfolio growthMonitor property performance metrics and ensure consistent execution of company standardsPartner with asset management, accounting, and development teams to align operational and investment objectivesDirect reports: 3 Regional Managers + Regional support Qualifications:Minimum 10+ years of multifamily property management experienceProven leadership skills in managing large portfolios and multiple teamsStrong financial and operational management experienceHigh-level understanding of affordable housing programsExcellent communication, organization, and team development abilitiesIn return:Base salary $165,000 - $180,000 DOE (a little flexibility here if needed) + annual bonusHealth coverageCar and cell phone allowanceGenerous PTO and company holidays off
