Regulatory and Legal Partner (Fintech / Crypto / Financial Services)We are looking for a Regulatory and Legal Partner to join our team and support our international fintech and crypto-asset operations across the various countries.If you have hands-on experience in regulated environments and enjoy working at the intersection of legal, compliance, and product, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management & CounterpartiesFull contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, review, and amendments.Legal assessment of commercial and partnership agreements with suppliers, partners, clients, and banks.Internal Policies & Regulatory DocumentationDrafting and updating internal policies, including AML/CFT frameworks, KYC procedures, Privacy Policies, and regulatory documentation to align business and compliance.Compliance SupportClose collaboration with the compliance team to ensure practical application of legal and regulatory requirements.Participation in building and optimising business processes to align with regulatory standards.Regulator & Banking InteractionSupporting communication with regulators, as well as with banks and external auditors.Preparing and submitting requested documentation.Legislation MonitoringTracking local and international legal developments relevant to financial and crypto-asset companies.Assessing legal and regulatory risks of new products and business initiatives.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a regulated financial, fintech, or crypto company in roles such as Legal Partner, Regulatory Partner, Compliance Officer, MLRO, DMLRO, or Assistant Compliance Officer.Strong understanding of international AML/CFT requirements and regulatory frameworks for financial and crypto companies.Experience with contract negotiation, drafting internal policies, and working with regulators and banks.Understanding of crypto-asset product specifics is an advantage.Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in conditions of uncertainty.English level B2 or higher (legal documentation reading, business correspondence, verbal communication).Russian proficiency for internal communication.Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
