Job DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Analyst to help ensure our organization stays compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. In this role, you'll research and interpret regulatory requirements, communicate updates across teams, and prepare insurance and product filings for regulatory approval. You'll also help monitor compliance programs and support ongoing regulatory initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit insurance documents, policy forms, and product information through regulatory portals. Review and respond to regulator or auditor questions, collaborating with internal teams. Keep teams updated on state-specific regulatory changes. Support regulatory activities and help ensure timely and consistent compliance. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external regulators. Assist in developing strategies for filings and regulatory submissions. Review marketing materials, policies, and communications to ensure compliance. Stay current on industry regulations and assess their impact on our business. Support ongoing monitoring, testing, and reporting for compliance programs. QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED required; additional education a plus. Experience in health insurance regulatory compliance preferred. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare and insurance terminology. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and industry regulatory portals. Familiarity with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) is a plus. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset. Resilient and eager to learn, even when facing challenges. Base Pay InformationThe national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications, and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
