The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide critical administrative and project support to the Director of People & Culture and the HR Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working at the heart of an organisation that drives meaningful impact. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive PA support to the Director of People & Culture, including diary management, travel coordination, and preparation of documentation for meetings and events. Act as the central point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Manage and coordinate large-scale meetings, HR events, and ad-hoc projects across the People & Culture function. Track project deliverables, follow up on actions, and ensure timelines are met. Oversee the maintenance of HR systems and databases, including staff attendance records and policy compliance tracking. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documentation for the Leadership Team. What We’re Looking ForA minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level. Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience coordinating projects, events, and meetings in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and comfortable using digital collaboration tools. High levels of initiative, with the ability to make informed decisions independently. A relevant qualification in administration or project management is desirable but not essential.
