Job Description

Job Brief:The Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to support sales growthand client retention.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with company offerings.• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service support.• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.• Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying new opportunities and upselling services.• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to maintain client engagement and loyalty.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales reports.• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance client interaction.• Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and networking functions as needed.• Gather market and client feedback to support product and service improvement.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications.• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.Educational Qualification:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing sales or relationship management role.
