Relationship Manager, Enterprise Banking

About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new Commercial Banking customers, deepening existing relationships, and promoting loan products to meet annual targets. You will play a key role in credit review, client servicing, and driving utilization of banking facilities, while contributing to the competitiveness of our product offerings.What You Will Be DoingAcquire new Commercial Banking customers and deepen relationships with existing clientsPromote Commercial Banking loan products to meet annual sales targetsCross-sell and up-sell banking products to support overall revenue goalsConduct credit reviews to monitor credit quality and implement strategies to minimize defaults or NPLsProvide high-quality client servicing to meet departmental customer satisfaction standardsIncrease facility utilization among existing clients to enhance share of walletMonitor competitor offerings and provide feedback to Product Team to maintain competitivenessWhat We're Looking ForDegree or professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related disciplinesMinimum 1–2 years of experience in SME/Commercial Banking with a strong business network and proven track record in acquiring new accountsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in credit, with exposure to credit risk management and credit evaluationStrong analytical and planning skillsPassionate, driven, and customer-focusedFamiliarity with commercial banking products and market trendsWhat We OfferAt RHB Banking Group, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to reach their full potential.
