Relationship Manager, Retail Banking (No Banking Experience Welcome)

Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with retail banking clients.Understand customer needs and provide tailored banking, investment, and insurance solutions.Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.Achieve and exceed sales targets for deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.Conduct outreach activities, including branch collaboration and client meetings.Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.Maintain accurate client records and documentation.Requirements:At least 2 years of sales experience in any industry (e.g., insurance, property, retail, telecommunications, etc.) OR 1 year of experience in selling financial productExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long‑term relationships.Self‑motivated, resilient, and target‑driven.Prior banking experience is not required — full training will be provided.Business Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
