Job Description

Relationship Officer (RO)Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and agents/partners such as Loan Advisor (LA), Loan Service Agency (LSA), Loan Information Center (LIC) and Borrowers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth.Key responsibilitiesClient acquisition (Turn-Ins/ Loan Applications), cross-selling products and services, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client and agents/partners satisfaction to drive business and revenue. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.Core responsibilitiesClient management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Client acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through networking, prospecting, and sales strategies to expand the customer base.Needs assessment and solutions: Understand client needs and provide customized solutions, such as financial advice or other products and services.Sales and revenue generation: Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.Issue resolution: Act as a point of contact to address client inquiries and concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely and professional resolution.Communication and coordination: Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and coordinate with product partners to execute solutions.Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account information.Required Skills And QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and customer relationship management experience. (Out and In Bound Calls and Face to Face Interactions)Excellent priority time management and organizational skills. Ability to work with a high degree of self-motivation.Proficiency in understanding company products and services.A bachelor's degree, often in a business-related field, is frequently requiredAble to go on field to meet the sales channels and attend marketing events such as Loan Advisor Training Program (LATP), Meet and Greet and other initiatives that contribute sales growth and connections.
