Relocation and Acquisition Specialist (PAS4)Vancouver, WA -- Southwest Region$71,472 -- $96,144 Annually ***Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Property & Acquisition Specialist 4 (PAS4) to support the Southwest Region (SWR) by acquiring property in compliance with state and federal regulations to preserve federal funding for WSDOT program delivery. This position will acquire property through negotiation under eminent domain and handle acquisitions involving private owners, local jurisdictions, state and federal agencies, and developer dedications, all in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970. In addition, this position will perform relocation assistance under the same Act to ensure compliance and maintain eligibility for federal funds. This highly technical work is essential to delivering SWR's highway construction and fish passage barrier removal projects.
