Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;Act as Global Process Owner for the consolidation and monitoring of local gross sales demand, ensuring validation of aggregated forecasts and alignment with regional sales and turnover targetsLead the entire S&OP cycle in REM as IBP Global Project Lead, ensuring seamless integration across countries and Business Units as business partner roleManage and continuously improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level to customers, and stock level optimizationOversee stock structure, including phase-in/phase-out processes, slow movers and obsoletesTake decisions on production allocation within the region and coordinate with factory planning on backorder managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field5 years of international experience in Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Planning and Logistics within a global organizationStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex planning scenariosExcellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional and cross-cultural teamsStrong expertise in S&OP cycle management, demand planning, supply allocation and KPI performance trackingFluency in English both written and spoken
