In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide both technical and operational support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with internal teams to address challenges promptly. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing patterns in customer feedback to contribute to process and service improvements.QualificationsStrong Customer Support and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and address their needs professionally.Excellent Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and recommend improvements to processes and services.Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability to work independently in a remote environment.Prior experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, or the BPO industry is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer experience or related fields are advantageous.
