Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing supplier payments, and assisting with key month-end processes.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and growth - with hands-on training and long-term development in a supportive finance team.What You’ll DoAccounts PayableProcess supplier invoices and ensure correct coding in Xero.Prepare and execute fortnightly payment runs.Ensure correct coding to general ledger accounts.Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoice entry.Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.Month-End SupportAssist with journal entries, accruals, and prepaymentsSupport broking commission and payroll accrualsManage intercompany recharges and reconciliationsWhat We’re Looking ForYou’re detail-oriented, organised, and love working with numbers.
