Find and Recruit Creators (50%)Research, find and build a database of ideal creator profiles (e.g.,cosplayer, streamers, VTubers, lifestyle influencers, etc.).Directly contact creators and recruit them to be on the platformNegotiate agreements or contracts with creators for long-term partnership.2. Onboarding Creators (30%)Support creator activate account on the platform and help them start earning.3.
