Your role will involve offering guidance, responding to product questions, handling concerns, and even engaging with consumers across digital channels.Using empathy, active listening, and strong communication, you'll work to clearly understand each inquiry and provide the right level of support especially in more delicate situations. You'll also build solid knowledge of the product range and consumer needs, becoming a reliable source of information.
