Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Paralegal Assistant to support a sole practitioner by preparing tenant-related legal documents, managing case files, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Adobe tools (training provided), strong communication skills, familiarity with administrative work, and the ability to excel in every aspect of the job with great work ethics.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and complete tenant-related legal forms and documentation.Draft, edit, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, correspondence, reports, emails, and presentations.Organize, manage, and maintain digital case files, and assist with filing documents and tracking deadlines.Support case management by maintaining calendars, tracking deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.Create and manage documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe tools (training provided).Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone calls, and follow-ups, providing reminders and updates as needed.Keep daily operations organized and running efficiently by supporting workflow and task coordination.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Identify process improvements and help implement more efficient procedures.Provide general administrative support to the attorney and additional assistance as needed.Perform other tasks related to the role.Qualifications & Requirements:Proficient level of English (written and spoken).Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with teams, leadership, providers, and clients.Previous experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, administrative assistant, or in similar support roles.Reliable work ethic, strong organization, and ability to work independently.Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in document preparation.Professional phone and email etiquette and customer service mindset.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook is highly preferred; basic Adobe skills (Adobe training is provided).Comfortable learning new systems and following structured processes.Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.Compensation & Benefits:100% remote work.Compensation in USD.Full-time position with 40 hours weekly.Great work environment with potential for growth.
