This role involves working closely with biopharmaceutical companies to ensure recruitment programs meet contractual requirements and align with SOPs, policies, and practices. The focus is on delivering recruitment projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and maintaining customer and patient satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables align with the overall recruitment program strategy, considering risks, budget, effort estimates, and schedule. Serve as the primary contact for the Sponsor and other functional team members for assigned recruitment projects. Participate in bid defense preparations and lead bid defense presentations in collaboration with the Business Development team. Lead activities across various functions to achieve objectives of multiple recruitment programs, including scope, budget, and schedule management. Establish and maintain project documentation and procedures. Develop risk mitigation plans, including communication and escalation strategies to address potential risks. Collaborate closely with other core team leaders within the Clinical Trials business. Proactively identify solutions to improve existing business processes. Ensure compliance with internal and external privacy and legal standards. Manage recruitment project finances in accordance with customer contracts and budgets, working closely with senior management and finance teams. Identify changes in project scope and manage the change control process as necessary. Essential SkillsExpertise in patient recruitment and retention within clinical trials. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and clinical trial operations. Experience with Real World Evidence (RWE) and clinical development processes. Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience in patient recruitment and retention, preferably within a biopharmaceutical company, CRO, patient recruitment vendor, or similar organization. Experience in recruiting patients locally and/or in-person. Work EnvironmentThe work environment involves collaborating with various teams and departments to ensure the success of recruitment programs. The role requires adherence to legal and privacy standards and managing project finances in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
