Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain measurable QC processes, test checklists, and acceptance criteria.Perform functional, regression, and integration testing based on established QC standards.Analyze defects, track quality metrics (e.g., defect density, pass rates), and report trends.Collaborate with QA, dev teams, and product owners to resolve defects and refine quality controls.Ensure QC documentation, test artifacts, and records are accurate and up to date.Support continuous improvement of testing workflows and quality KPIs.From 3 years of software QC/QA or testing experience.Familiarity with QC frameworks, test design techniques, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).Experience defining measurable quality criteria and test processes.Understanding of SDLC, basic automation concepts, and release workflows.Language: Business English proficiencyPreferred working in CET timezoneExperience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).Knowledge of performance, API, or security testing.Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, but it will be structured as contractor work.Devices: You will be expected to use your own computer to perform the work.Sole Employment: No second job is permitted.
