Roles and Responsibilities1. Experience in testing web apps, mobile apps, databases and APIs. 2. Understand the testing process, testing techniques and types of testing and bug management. 3. Preparation and management of test plans and test scenarios 4. Ability to analyze complex requirements, know how to apply test case writing techniques to ensure that test cases cover all the requirements of the document. 5. Ability to synthesize and report test results. Ability to analyze and identify the risks of the project. 6. Know how to use Jira, Confluence/Wiki, Sharepoint, Excel 7. Have good problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills 8. Proactive, open-minded, quick learner, capable of teamwork 9. Good adaptability to changing projects, learning and learning quickly for new projects 10. At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or key member of the project 11. Ability to review test cases of team members. Ability to train, mentor team membersRequest Education: Graduated from College or higher Experience: 4 years or more working experience in the field of Tester/Manual QC.Fluent in English
