Job DescriptionLead, supervise, and provide guidance to a team of 10 Construction Supervisors.Monitor daily and weekly progress from all sites, ensuring timely reporting and issue escalation.Support hypercare renovation monitoring to ensure readiness for operations.Review project cost variances and assist in identifying corrective measures.Alignment with other teams, PMO, Implementation and HSE regarding Hubs readiness and complaints.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in CivilMinimum 3 years experience in Engineering / Architecture / Design InteriorExperienced in handling retail constructionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAble to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlineAbility to bridge between owner and contractorExpert with design tools (AutoCAD and Sketchup)Familiar with MEP InstallationWilling to be placed at Sunter
